We want you to keep smiling, and we value your investment in our service. We will work with you to maintain the best oral health for your smile, at Oral Square Dental Care we want to ensure that all our hard work will last you for years to come.
Education and awareness is at the center of our values, and a big part of our service philosophy.
How does the Warranty work?
Our smile warranty is a partnership. Once we’ve completed your dental treatment, we work with you in maintaining your beautiful smile.
Composite Fillings
We offer a two-year warranty on composite fillings from the treatment date. If your filling should fail prematurely through fault of our own, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost to you.
If the restored tooth becomes fractured or damaged and requires an onlay or crown, we will credit the original cost of the composite filling towards the onlay or crown. If the restored tooth requires extraction, gum or nerve treatment, additional fees will be charged.
We will repair or replace the filling at no extra cost only if an onlay or crown was not originally recommended as the best treatment plan to maintain your tooth. We do not provide this warranty if a more suitable option was originally provided but refused by you in preference of a composite filling.
You must be a current and continuing patient of Oral Square Dental Care for the duration of the warranty period, as we can only warranty our work and ensure that your smile is maintained to the highest standards.
You must maintain regular professional examinations, cleaning appointments and x-rays (if required) at least once every six months at Oral Square Dental Care.
You must complete necessary treatments as prescribed by our dentists to help prevent future infection and tooth decay.
Additional Notes:
Fillings can’t fight off neglect, and decay can still occur around them. This means that even the perfect filling can fail if not looked after with regular brushing, flossing and maintenance. Please do your part as we won’t be able to warranty a filling that’s not been looked after. If there are any questions or worries about a prior filling that may be failing due to decay – please let us know as soon as possible so we can do all we can to help keep it healthy and maintain your warranty.
Also some teeth are just past the point of being able to fix with fillings. We love to help in any way we can, but if a filling just isn’t the right fit or staying, but you’d like a filling done – we may still be able to do it but we won’t be able to warranty it.
So please make sure to attend your recommended active maintenance appointments at Oral Square Dental Care to avoid voiding the warranty!

Like all Warranties there are circumstances in which cover cannot be provided.
What is not covered by our Warranty?
- Treatment failure resulting from an act of God, neglect, abuse, improper dental hygiene or breakdown of supportive tooth structure or tissue.
- Consequential or incidental damages including lost wages, pain and suffering or inconvenience.
- Oral Square Dental Care is not responsible for the Warranty of the individual dentist who provided the treatment. No dentist is obligated to remedy another dentist’s work.
Failure to fulfill the following requirements may void our dental treatment Warranty:
- Failure to be a current and continuing patient of Oral Square Dental Care for the duration of the warranty period, as we can only warranty our work and ensure that your smile is maintained to the highest standards.
- Neglect to follow the prescribed regular professional examinations, cleaning appointments and x-rays (if required) at least once every six months at warranty.
- Failure to undergo necessary treatments as prescribed by our dentists to help prevent future infection and tooth decay.
